Directors & Officers

Virtus has the flexibility to insure the personal assets of directors and officers as well as their corporate assets in the event of claims involving many liability exposures. We seek to insure the risks involved with shareholders, mergers and acquisitions, financial restructuring and many other business-related variables.

Employment Practices Liability

At Virtus, we recognize that the influence of the service sector on our economy continues to grow, as do the exposures associated with these professions. As a result Virtus has expanded our capacity and capability within the EPLI segment. Our program provides third party coverage where available, includes a broad definition of employees, and protects against forces both within and outside the organization.

Cyber Liability

Virtus has several options to cover your insured’s cyber exposures, including network security and privacy coverage, privacy breach response costs, extortion, terrorism, and copyright/trademark infringement. Limits up to $10,000,000 are available, and coverage can be provided on a worldwide basis. Coverage can be triggered by accidental damage and administrative errors, as well as computer crimes or attacks.
